Valecha Engineering Ltd has been running things out of Pune for a good while now. Our spot is at Sivalay8B over in Navi Sangavi, right near Sai Chawk. If you know the area, you know it gets pretty busy around there with all the local shops and people moving about. We aren't a huge flashy operation, just a group of people working on engineering projects and trying to get the details right. Most mornings start with a lot of tea and looking over site plans or handling the paperwork that comes with this kind of work. The office isn't anything fancy, just a practical space where we can sit down and focus. Navi Sangavi is a decent place to be based because it's connected well enough to the rest of the city, though the traffic at the chawk can be a bit of a headache during rush hour. We spend a lot of our time out at different sites, but this is where we come back to sort everything out. It’s mostly just regular engineering work, dealing with the day-to-day problems that pop up on any job. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years as more buildings went up. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power flickers, but we just keep at it. It’s a local business feel here, nothing like those big corporate towers in Hinjewadi. We know the neighbors and the chai wallah down the street.
