Unique Enterprises

We are located at 398 Mangalwar Peth, right by Narpatgiri Chowk here in Pune. It’s an old part of the city, so the streets are narrow and there’s always something going on outside. Unique Enterprises has been operating from this spot for quite some time. We aren't a big fancy company with a lot of layers. It’s just us in the shop, handling things as they come. People walk in from the street with all sorts of requests. We mostly deal with practical items and services that folks in the Peth area need. The building is old, and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but it works for us. We keep our records in big ledgers and on a computer that’s seen better days. It’s a bit cramped with all the stuff we have around, but we know where everything is kept. We don't do any big promotions or sales pitches. If we have what you need, we tell you the price and that's it. It’s a very straightforward way of doing things. The traffic at the chowk can get pretty loud during the day, but we’re used to it by now. We’ve known the families around here for years. It’s a community thing more than just a business. We show up every morning, open the shutters, and see who needs help today. It’s simple and honest work in a busy part of Pune. Sometimes the neighbor's cat comes in and sleeps on the counter.
