Uniproplacement

Our office is tucked away in Popular Colony, over in Malwadi. We are in Flat No. 29 of the C-1 Building. It is a quiet area mostly, which is good for when we have to focus on reading through stacks of resumes. We spend our time trying to help folks find work that fits them. Pune is a big city and there are always people looking for a start or a change. We aren't a big flashy agency at Uniproplacement. It is just a few of us here. We answer the phone, send emails, and talk to people about what they can do. Sometimes the tea stall downstairs is the highlight of the afternoon. We see a lot of different people coming through or calling in. It is interesting to hear everyone’s story. We try to keep things organized but sometimes it is a bit of a mess with all the papers and folders. That is just how it goes when you are busy. Being in Pune 52 is nice because it is not as chaotic as the main city center. We just keep our heads down and do the work. There is no big secret to what we do. We just look at who is hiring and who needs a job and try to make a match. It is rewarding in its own way, even when the days get long. We have been in this building for some time now and it feels like home. Just simple work for local people.
