Our office is tucked away in the Mini Apartment on Bhandarkar Road. We’re quite close to Golwilkar Lab, which is how most people find us. It’s a small place, just a few rooms where we handle all the travel arrangements and bookings. We’ve been in this part of town for a while. The street outside is usually lined with cars, so finding a spot can be a bit of a challenge. We aren't some big, flashy agency with posters everywhere. It’s mostly just us at our computers, trying to figure out the best routes and prices for people who want to go somewhere. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to wait for the screens to load, which can be frustrating when someone is waiting. We have a lot of regular people who just drop in for a chat or to pick up their tickets. The office has a bit of a lived-in feel, with stacks of brochures and old maps tucked into the corners. It’s a nice enough area to work in, even if the building is a bit dated. We just try to get the details right so nobody gets stuck at an airport somewhere. It’s a lot of checking and re-checking dates and names. We don’t have a big marketing team, just our own experience and a few phones that never seem to stop ringing. We try our best every day to get it right.
