Ubics Technologies Pvt Ltd (Kingfisher Airlines)

We’re based in Pune, out in the Vishrantwadi area. Our office is in the Ambanagri complex, Building 6, Flat 10. It’s on Dhanori Road, which can get quite busy during the morning rush. We’ve been linked with Kingfisher Airlines for our work, which kept us on our toes for a long time. It’s a tech-focused setup, so there are always computers humming in the background. Working out of a flat gives the place a different feel than a standard office building. It’s a bit more relaxed, and we can actually talk to each other without shouting over cubicles. We handle a lot of the technical side of things, making sure systems are working like they should. Vishrantwadi is a good spot to be in Pune; it's got its own character. We get a lot of local folks working with us. Sometimes we order food from the places down the road and just eat at our desks while finishing up a project. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big lobby. We just care about the code and the systems we’re managing. It’s been an interesting journey with the airline industry, and we’ve seen a lot of changes over the years. We just keep adapting and moving forward with whatever the next day brings. It’s a simple, hardworking atmosphere here in Building 6. We just stay busy and keep the computers running so the work gets done on time.
