Twin Torque (India) Pvt. Ltd. operates out of the space near Hany Sign Solution. We started this thing because we saw a need for real mechanical parts that actually last. The office isn't much to look at, just a few desks and a lot of paper stacked up everywhere. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and checking the inventory lists. It’s mostly about making sure things move from point A to point B without too much trouble. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks and we all have to go down the street, but usually, we’re just here grinding away. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just one that people can rely on when they need something specific. It gets a bit hectic during the middle of the week when deliveries come in all at once. We try to keep the paperwork straight, even if the filing cabinet is overflowing a bit. You might see some of us standing outside taking a breather now and then. We handle a lot of technical stuff, so your head can start spinning after a few hours of looking at specs. It’s a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering the door to packing up orders. We just want to do right by the people who come to us. No big speeches or promises, just the daily routine of a small business trying to keep its gears turning.
