Tulip And Tamarind India is tucked away in Ratan Parks, Phase I. We are in building B-3, flat number four. It's on Sus Road in the Pashan area of Pune. It’s a pretty green part of the city compared to other spots. We like being here because it’s a bit more peaceful. Our office is basically a flat, so it has a homey feel to it. We aren't a big corporation with a lobby and a receptionist. Usually, you’ll just find a couple of us working at the dining table or in the back room. We handle all sorts of food-related things. It involves a lot of phone calls and emails to various vendors. Sometimes we have to go out and meet people across Pune, which takes forever because of the traffic on Sus Road lately. They’ve been doing a lot of construction around here. We’ve been operating from this flat for a while. It gets the job done. We don't really have any fancy branding or expensive furniture. We prefer to spend our money on the actual products we deal with. Pashan is a good neighborhood for a business like ours because it’s well-connected but still feels like a community. We know the security guards and the people in the next building. It’s just regular life for us. We work hard, we have lunch together, and then we get back to it every day.
