Our setup is located at Sr No. 36/3K/2/1 in Gokul Nagar, right on the Katraj-Kondhawa Road. It’s a busy area and there’s always traffic humming outside. Inside, it’s a different kind of noise—mostly the sound of bottles clinking and the filling machines running. We spend our days making sure the water is right and the bottles are sealed properly. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but it needs to be done carefully. The floor is usually wet in some spots, so we all wear rubber boots to keep from slipping. We have these big stacks of empty crates waiting to be filled and sent out. The delivery trucks pull up early in the morning and we spend a good chunk of time loading them up. It’s physical work, especially when it’s hot outside. We’ve got a small crew here in Gokul Nagar who have been with us for a while. We don't have fancy labels or a big marketing team. We just focus on the bottling process and keeping the equipment clean. Sometimes a pipe leaks or a conveyor belt gets stuck, and we have to drop everything to fix it. That's just how it is in a place like this. We keep the doors open for a bit of a breeze, even if it brings in the dust from Katraj-Kondhawa Road. By the end of the shift, we’re all pretty tired, but the work is done for the day.
