Mocha

Mocha is situated at B-1 in the Ankur Co-Op Society. We are on Plot 13 in Sector 14 of Kalamboli, Navi Mumbai. Our contact person here is Bapu N. Gadade. This isn't one of those trendy cafes you might find in the middle of a big city mall. Being in a cooperative housing society means we are right in the middle of where people actually live. Kalamboli is a growing area, and Sector 14 is a pretty quiet part of it compared to the main highways. The building is a standard one for this area. We have our space set up to handle the day-to-day business. It’s a simple environment. There aren't any big neon signs or loud music. We just do what we need to do. The neighborhood has a lot of families and people going to work. Sometimes we see the same faces every day walking past the society gates. It feels like a small town even though it’s part of Navi Mumbai. The office has what we need—some chairs, a couple of tables, and our records. We don't try to look like a big corporation because we aren't one. It’s a local business run by local people. We appreciate the space we have here. It’s honest and straightforward. If you are looking for us, just ask for Ankur Society in Sector 14. We are usually here during the regular hours.
