Barista Coffee Company Ltd

Most people think of big cafes when they hear Barista Coffee Company Ltd, but this specific spot is Flat No-9 in Ramaraman Society. It’s tucked away in Pandav Nagar, which is a bit of a different vibe from the main commercial roads. We are right here in Pune-16. It's a society building, so it feels very local and lived-in. There’s usually some laundry hanging out on the balconies or kids playing in the common area nearby. Inside the flat, we handle the back-end side of things for the company. It’s not where you come for a latte, it is more like where the logistics and the boring office work happen. We have some desks set up and a lot of blue files. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but it gets the job done. Working out of a society flat means we see the neighbors every day. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in the office at once. Pandav Nagar is a nice area, though. We’ve been at this address for a bit now. It’s funny how a coffee name is attached to a residential flat, but that’s just how it is for us. We actually drink a lot of tea here. The office is just a place where we sit and work through the daily tasks. It’s quiet mostly, until the afternoon rush of emails. Just regular people doing regular work in Pune.
