Food & Beverage Restaurant Server

We are located in Pune, specifically in the 411017 area. It’s a pretty standard neighborhood with a mix of houses and small shops. This setup is all about the food and beverage industry. Most of the work involves serving and making sure the restaurant side of things runs okay. It is a tough job because you are on your feet for a lot of the day. We don't have a big corporate office; it’s more of a functional space where we coordinate things. The area is usually busy around lunchtime and again in the late evening. We have some regular customers who have been coming to us for years. They like that we don't put on any acts and just serve what is asked for. The kitchen can get pretty hot during the summer months, but that is part of the trade. We don’t have a fancy website or a marketing team. We just rely on people talking to each other. Sometimes we run out of certain items if the delivery truck is late, and we just have to tell the customers how it is. We try to keep the place clean and welcoming without being too posh. It’s a simple way of making a living, and we are happy to be part of the local food scene here in Maharashtra. It’s hard work but it keeps us busy every single day. We like the pace.
