Tuffwell Springs

Tuffwell Springs is located in the Bhosari Industrial Estate, specifically at C26 in the MIDC area. This is a hardworking part of Pune. Our space is in the Pavana Industrial Premises. It’s not a quiet place. There is always the sound of machines and metal. We work with springs, so there is a lot of heavy lifting and moving things around. The floor is concrete and often has a bit of oil or dust on it, which is normal for an industrial shop. We don't have an office with air conditioning or anything like that. It’s just a big space where we get things done. We spend our days making sure the orders are ready. It’s hot in the summer and the metal gets warm, but we are used to it. The guys here have been doing this for a long time. We know our way around the machinery. Bhosari is full of places like ours, all working to make parts for bigger things. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy. People who need springs know where to find us at C26. We take our tea breaks together when the machines are off for a bit. It’s honest work. We don't talk much about quality or standards in a fancy way; we just make sure the springs are right before they leave the shop. It’s a tough environment but it suits us.
