Trimurti Engineering Works

Our workshop is tucked away in Dattanagar, over in the Dighi area. It’s mostly just the sound of machines and the smell of metal around here. We’ve been running Trimurti Engineering Works for some time now, mostly focusing on the small jobs that local people and other businesses bring in. It isn't a massive factory or anything like that, just a solid space where we can get the work done. The floor is usually covered in some dust or metal shavings, no matter how much we try to keep it tidy. My hands are usually greasy by ten in the morning, which is fine because that’s the nature of this kind of work. We don’t have a big office staff or anyone answering phones all day. Usually, if the phone rings, one of us just wipes our hands and picks it up. Dighi is a good spot for us because it’s easy for people to drop off parts or pick up finished pieces on their way through. We do our best to get things finished when we say we will, though sometimes a machine breaks down and slows us up. That’s just life in a machine shop. We don’t spend money on shiny signs or fancy brochures. Most of our work comes from people who’ve been coming here for years and know what to expect from us. We enjoy the work and the people we see daily.
