Our office is based in the Amar Housing Society in the N 8 area of Cidco, which is in Aurangabad. We have been operating Travelport Holidays India Pvt. Ltd from this specific spot for some time now. It is a residential neighborhood, so it is not like being in one of those giant business parks with lots of glass. We have our desks and chairs set up in one of the society units. It is a practical space for us to plan trips and handle all the travel bookings that come in. Most of the people working here are from the local area. Aurangabad is a bit slower and more relaxed than Mumbai, which is a nice change of pace. We don't have any flashy signs or giant posters plastered everywhere. It is just a normal working office. People from the housing society often see us coming and going throughout the week. We keep a pretty regular schedule, starting early in the morning and finishing up by the evening time. Sometimes it gets a bit busy with the phone calls, but usually, it is just the sound of people typing. We don't use any overly complicated systems or anything. It is just us, some computers, and a lot of travel schedules and maps. The building itself is quite plain and simple. We have made it our own over the years. We just focus on getting the work done for people who need help. It's straightforward.
