Our office is tucked away in Aashiana Ganesh Housing Society over in Chincholi Dehuroad. It is near the Cod Road, which gets quite dusty when the trucks pass by. We have been here in Pune 412101 for a good bit of time now. Dealing with travel means the phone never really stops. People call about trains, planes, and where they want to go for their holidays. S No 187 is easy to find if you know the landmark. We sit at our desks surrounded by stacks of papers and old calendars. It’s not one of those shiny travel agencies you see in the malls. It’s just a room where we try to figure out the best routes for folks. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we have to wait to book the tickets. Neighbors from the society often drop by just to ask a quick question about a passport or a bus timing. We know most of the people around here by name. It is a quiet residential area mostly, so we don't get a ton of walk-in strangers. Usually, it's someone who knows someone else we helped before. We spend a lot of time looking at maps and screens. It can get tiring but it’s what we do. The office has a few chairs for visitors and a ceiling fan that clicks. We keep some travel magazines on the table even if they are a few years old now. It keeps the place looking like a travel office should.
