Travel Spot

Travel Spot is tucked away in Shriya Apartment, right at 41/16 Erandwane in the Shivaji Housing Society. If you’re familiar with Senapati Bapat Road, we are pretty much opposite Kalmadi House. It’s a quiet enough area for an office, which is nice when you’re trying to figure out complicated flight routes or bus timings. We’ve been helping people get from point A to point B for a good while now. It’s mostly just us sitting with a computer and a phone, trying to make sure nobody gets stranded. There are always a few brochures lying around, but most of our work is just talking to people about where they need to go. We handle a lot of local trips and some longer journeys too. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we have to tell people to wait a bit, but that’s just how it goes. The apartment is easy to find once you know the landmarks. We aren't a big travel chain with uniforms. We just wear what’s comfortable and focus on the bookings. It gets busy during the holiday seasons, and the phone doesn't stop ringing then. We try to keep things organized, but there’s always a pile of tickets or notes somewhere. It’s a good spot to work from, and we like being in Erandwane. People stop by on their way home from work to ask about weekend getaways.
