We are based at 16 Vishrantwadi on the 7th Main. Our office is inside Shoppers Orbit, which is a big place right near the Big Bazar. It is a very convenient spot for people to drop in while they are out doing their errands. We handle travel bookings for folks around here. That means we look up bus routes, check train tickets, and sometimes help with longer trips. The office is pretty small, just a couple of desks with computers and a lot of printed schedules. It can get quite busy, especially when a holiday is coming up and everyone wants to get away. We spend our days staring at screens and trying to find the best options that are still available. It is not always easy because the systems can be slow or the seats sell out fast. We have been in Vishrantwadi for a while now and we know the locals who travel often. We don't use any fancy sales talk. We just sit down with you and see what we can find on the computer. Sometimes people come in just to ask about prices for later. That is fine with us. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It is a simple, practical service for the neighborhood. Being near Big Bazar means there is always a lot of noise and activity, but we like it that way. We just keep the computers running and help out.
