You can find us at Rekson Chambers on Lal Bahadur Shastri Road, right between Navi Peth and Sadashiv Peth here in Pune. We are in Survey No 59/60, which is just across from the Happy House Show Room and quite close to Poona Hospital. It is a very busy stretch of road, so there is always something going on outside our doors. Inside the office, we spend our time helping people figure out their travel plans. It is a lot of looking at schedules and checking routes on the computer. We have been doing this in this part of Pune for quite some time now. The office isn’t anything fancy, just some desks, chairs, and a lot of maps and papers lying around. People often drop in because they are already in the area for the hospital or shopping. We try to keep a relaxed atmosphere because travel should be something people look forward to. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other times it is quiet enough to hear the traffic outside. We don’t use any high-tech systems or complicated scripts. We just talk to people and see where they want to go. It is a simple business at its heart. Being near the Sadashiv Peth area means we see a lot of the same faces, which makes the work feel more personal. We just keep doing what we do every day. It’s just how we run things around here and it works for us.
