Down at Gat No. 252 in Jyotiba Nagar, Talawade, that's where you'll find us. Trans Engineers India Pvt. Ltd. is a bit of a mouthful of a name, but we just think of ourselves as the team at the Talawade site. It’s an industrial patch and there’s always something going on with the neighbors. We’ve got a decent-sized space here. It’s mostly filled with equipment and materials. We’ve been operating in this area for a while now. The roads around here can be a bit rough, especially when the rains come, but we manage. Most of the staff live nearby, so we’re a local bunch. We don't really do much in the way of advertising. Most of our work comes from people who have known us for years or someone who heard about us from another shop. We do a lot of engineering tasks, mostly focusing on the technical side of things. It’s not the kind of work that looks pretty, but it’s necessary. We try to keep things simple. When a job comes in, we look at it, figure out the best way to handle it with what we have, and then we get to work. It’s a lot of manual labor and technical checking. We stay busy from morning until evening, and that’s how we like it. There’s no big corporate vibe here, just a lot of hard work. We usually have the radio on in the background and someone's always making a pot of tea.
