Total Solutions Facility Management

Total Solutions Facility Management is based out of Ua 001 in Swar Vihar, over in the Sasane Nagar area of Hadapsar. We’ve been in this part of Pune for some time now. Our work mostly involves taking care of buildings and making sure everything is running like it should. It’s the kind of job where you’re always busy with something different every day. One day it might be plumbing issues, and the next it’s something with the electricals or cleaning. We aren't a big corporate firm with a fancy downtown office. We’re just here in Sasane Nagar, close to the people we serve. The office isn't much to look at, just a place where we keep our tools and schedule the jobs. We have a crew of guys who know their stuff and don't mind getting their hands dirty. It can be a bit chaotic when several things break at once, but we just take it one task at a time. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just fix things and keep the facilities in order. Living and working in Hadapsar means we know the local problems and how to handle them. We aren’t perfect, and sometimes parts take longer to arrive than we’d like, but we always show up and do the job as best as we can.
