This is the Pune office for Tooltech Global Engineering Pvt Ltd, and we are located at Plot 7 in Mark Homes. It’s in Kalyani Nagar, which is a pretty nice part of town, but our office is very much a working space. It is actually inside a residential building, which makes it feel a bit more relaxed than a standard office block. We have taken over this spot to handle our engineering projects, and it works out well for us. You won't find any big signs or flashing lights here. It's just a quiet place where we put our heads down and focus on the technical side of things. Most of us live nearby, so it’s a short commute, which is a blessing in Pune traffic. The atmosphere is pretty informal. We often have the windows open to let in a breeze, even if it brings in the street noise. We spend a lot of time on calls with other offices, but the day-to-day is mostly just us at our desks. It’s a practical setup for an engineering team. We have a small kitchen where we make coffee and sometimes we head out to one of the local spots in Kalyani Nagar for a quick bite. It’s a honest way to work, and we like that it feels more like a community than a cold business center. We just focus on the engineering and let the rest take care of itself.
