You can find us in New Sanghvi, tucked away behind the Foodland. We are in the "B" Wing of Menkudle Heights, at flat number thirteen. It is more of a residential-style office, which suits us just fine because it feels more personal. We handle hospitality services, which basically means we take care of people and places for Tirumala Hospitality Services Pvt. Ltd. It is a lot of coordination and making sure things are where they need to be at the right time. We have been in this part of Pune for a while and we like the vibe of New Sanghvi. It is not as loud as the main city markets. We started this because we knew how to manage properties and help guests feel comfortable when they are away from home. It is hard work and sometimes we are running around all day from one place to another. We do not have a fancy reception desk or a big marketing team to write things for us. We just answer the phones and sort out the schedules on our own. If a pipe leaks or a guest needs something extra, we just deal with it. It is just practical daily work. Our team is small and we all know each other well. We do not try to sound like a massive corporation because we are not. We are just local people providing a service that folks need. We keep things honest.
