Tip Top Engineering Works

Tip Top Engineering Works has been operating out of Pimple Gurav for quite some time. It’s a workshop where there’s always something being welded or cut. The floors are usually covered in metal shavings, and there’s a smell of oil in the air. We don't have a front office or a receptionist. If you want to talk to someone, you just walk into the back and find whoever isn't wearing a welding mask at the moment. We take on a variety of engineering jobs, some big and some small. Pimple Gurav is a lively neighborhood, and we’ve become part of the local scenery. We don't use a lot of fancy terminology or corporate jargon. We just look at the problem and try to fix it with the tools we have. Some of our machines are old, but they work better than the new stuff sometimes. We’ve had the same crew for a while, so we all know how to work together without saying much. It’s a bit of a gritty environment, but we enjoy the work. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to make sure the parts we make are solid and do what they’re supposed to do. Sometimes we stay late to finish a project, and other times we close early if things are slow. It’s just how a local shop runs. You get to know your neighbors and help out when you can. That's the way we like to do things here.
