Our place is over in the Parijatban building, specifically the C wing here in Pune. The pin code is 411033 if you’re trying to find us on a map. It’s a pretty standard office environment. We spend most of our time dealing with industrial machinery and various engineering tasks. The building itself is older, but it serves our purposes just fine. There’s always someone coming in or out with some blueprints or a stack of files. We aren’t really into the whole corporate lifestyle with fancy lounges and free snacks. We just have our work stations and a place to sit. The commute can be a bit of a pain depending on where you're coming from, but once you're inside, it’s mostly just focused work. We’ve got a mix of older staff who’ve been here forever and some newer faces trying to learn the ropes. The atmosphere is generally calm, though things can get pretty hectic when a project deadline is breathing down our necks. We focus on the practical side of things. There’s no big signage or anything, just a sign on the door. We like it that way. It’s a place where we can just put our heads down and get the job done without distractions. Nothing too complicated about how we run things here. We just show up, do the work, and head home at the end of the day like everyone else. It’s a simple routine.
