Thomas Cook India Ltd

Our office is located at 136 Walhekar Wadi, right on Gurudwara Road in Akurdi. It’s near the Hariangan Apartment, so it’s pretty easy to find if you know that landmark. This is one of the Thomas Cook India spots in Pune. It’s not a big shiny headquarters. It’s a regular storefront-style office where we handle all the travel details. The street outside can get quite busy, especially with the Gurudwara nearby. You hear the traffic and people going about their business all day. Inside, we have maps on the walls and a few desks for the staff. It’s a bit cramped when we have a lot of customers coming in at once, but we make it work. We aren't big on fancy furniture. We just need the computers to stay connected. The floor is tile and the lights are those standard office tubes. We’ve been at this Akurdi location for some time now. We know the regulars who walk by every morning. We don’t use any big words to describe what we do. We just help people with their trips and sort out the money stuff. It’s a lot of typing and checking schedules. Sometimes the printer acts up, which is a pain, but that’s just life in a real office. We like the neighborhood feel of Walhekar Wadi. It makes the workday feel a bit more grounded.
