Our spot is in the Chinchwad Municipal Industrial Estate, at A/22. Being in an industrial area means things are quite different from the city center. There are a lot of trucks and workers moving around all day. It’s dusty and noisy, but it’s where we do our thing. The office itself is pretty functional. We have some computers and a lot of paperwork piled up. People from the nearby factories often come in to talk about their travel plans or business trips. It’s a practical location because we are right where the action is. We started here because the space was available and it made sense for the kind of work we handle. The building is one of those standard industrial blocks, nothing fancy at all. We have a small kettle for tea and some plastic chairs in the waiting area. Most of our day is spent on the phone or typing away at the keyboards. The street outside gets really busy around shift changes, so we usually stay late to avoid the worst of it. It’s not the kind of place you’d visit for the scenery, but we are here every day making things happen. We’ve gotten used to the sound of the machines nearby. It’s just how it is working in Chinchwad. We focus on getting the details right for every trip and keeping the files sorted.
