Theta Controls

Theta Controls is situated at 1, Electronic Estate, Pune-Satara Road. Being in this estate means we are surrounded by other companies and workshops. The Pune-Satara Road is a major route, so there’s a constant stream of traffic and noise. Our spot at number 1 is right there near the entrance, which makes it easy for people to find us. It’s an older industrial estate, so the buildings have that worn-in look. Theta Controls is just a regular office and workshop space. We’ve got some old trees outside that give a bit of shade in the mornings. Inside, it’s mostly just shelves and workspaces. It isn't fancy, but it gets the job done for us. We usually bring our lunches from home and sit together in the small break area. The fans hum all day long to keep the air moving. Pune gets quite pleasant in the winter, and we like to keep the doors open then. In the summer, though, it’s a different story. We’ve been at Electronic Estate for quite a while now and know most of the other people working in the nearby units. It’s a quiet enough community once you get off the main road. Theta Controls is our little base of operations on the Pune-Satara Road. We just come in, do what needs to be done, and head home like everyone else on this street. It is a long commute for some but worth it.
