The Yash Engineering Co

The Yash Engineering Co is over in Pimpri, at A53/H. If you know the industrial side of Pimpri, you know it’s a lot of noise and metal. We’ve been here for a good bit of time now, working out of this unit. It’s a straightforward engineering shop. We don’t do anything too flashy, just the usual machining and part work that keeps other businesses running. The floor is usually covered in some shavings and oil, but that’s just what happens when you’re actually working. We have a few machines that have seen better days but they still run true, and that’s what matters to us. It’s a small crew, mostly guys who have been doing this for years. We show up early, get the machines warmed up, and start on the pile of jobs we have for the week. Sometimes a client comes in with a sketch on a piece of scrap paper, and we figure out how to make it work. It’s not corporate at all. We just talk plain and get the job done. The address is easy to find if you’re familiar with the A-block area. We don’t spend much time on the office stuff, mostly we’re out back where the tools are. It gets hot in the afternoons, especially in the summer, but we just keep at it. People come to us because they know we’re right here in Pimpri and we don’t mess around with their orders.
