The Hotel Leela Kempinski, Mumbai

Even though the name says Mumbai, our office for The Hotel Leela Kempinski, Mumbai is actually at Flat No. 3 in Jayawant Apt. We are located near the Shivshakti Mitra Mandal Chowk in the Dhankawadi area of Pune. It’s a bit of a specific location, tucked away in a residential building. We use this flat to manage things and keep the records straight. Being near the chowk means there's always something going on outside. The apartment is just a normal place where we’ve set up our desks and files. It doesn't look like a grand hotel from the outside, but this is where the administrative side happens for us here in Pune. We’ve been in Dhankawadi for a while, and the neighbors in Jayawant Apt are used to us by now. It’s a practical way to run things without all the noise of a big commercial building. We focus on the work at hand, making sure everything is organized. Sometimes it’s a bit quiet, other times we’re rushing to finish tasks. We don’t have fancy lobby areas or anything like that here. It’s just Flat No. 3, a place where we come to work every day. It suits us just fine for what we need to do. If you’re walking past Shivshakti Mitra Mandal Chowk, you’re basically right there. We like being part of the local scene in Pune.
