The Encore Hotels Pvt.Ltd is situated out in Sadoli, which is part of the Maval Taluka near Pune. Our office is specifically in the Karunj post area. It is a much quieter place compared to the middle of the city, which is something we all appreciate. The drive out here takes you through some nice scenery, especially during the monsoon when everything turns green. We aren't located in a big shiny skyscraper; instead, our workspace is more integrated with the local surroundings of the district. Most of the people working here are from nearby villages or have moved out this way for a bit of peace. The pace of life is a little slower, but we still have plenty of work to keep us busy throughout the week. We spend a lot of time on the phone or working on the computer, just like any other office, but we can look out the window and see trees instead of just concrete. Sometimes the power goes out if there’s a big storm, so we just take a break until it comes back on. We don’t really have a big sign out front or a lobby with a receptionist. It is just a straightforward place where we handle the hotel business and manage the accounts. We prefer it this way because it feels more real. It's a simple life out here in Maval, and we just try to do our work properly without any unnecessary stress or corporate talk.
