The Bishops School

The Bishops School is located at 5-A Gen Bhagat Marg in Pune. It’s a solid old address that most people in the city know. The buildings have that heavy, stone look to them, which makes the place feel quite serious. We have a lot of students coming through those gates every morning. It’s a big operation to manage. The staff rooms are usually full of people marking papers or talking about the day's plans. We have some nice open spaces, which is lucky for a place in the middle of Pune. You can see the history in the hallways and the way the stairs are worn down from so many feet. It’s not a shiny new building, but it has character. We spend a lot of time on the grounds, especially when there’s a game or an event. The traffic on Gen Bhagat Marg can be quite a mess during drop-off times. We try to keep things orderly, but with so many kids, it’s always a bit chaotic. It’s just a normal school day here, filled with the usual noise and activities. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. We just teach the classes and hope the students learn something useful. It’s been this way for a long time and we just keep it going.
