The Bean Store

Started this little place near the Kothrud bus stand because we like good coffee and wanted a spot to sell it. It's right in the Lunawat Complex, shop number seven. We've been here for a bit now. People stop by when they’re waiting for their bus or just walking through the neighborhood. We keep things pretty simple. There's plenty of beans to look through. Some days are busier than others, especially in the mornings when everyone is rushing to get to work. We don't have a giant team or anything, just a few of us making sure the shelves stay full. If you're coming from the main road, just look for the complex across from the station. We aren't hard to find. We try to keep the place tidy but it’s a working shop, so there’s always something being moved around. Usually, there's a nice smell of roasted beans in the air. Sometimes we get questions about which roast is better for home brewing, and we just tell people what we think based on what we've tried ourselves. It’s not fancy. Just a local shop for people who need their coffee supplies. We've gotten to know the regulars pretty well by now. It’s nice seeing the same faces every week. We're just happy to be part of the Kothrud area and doing what we do. Nothing more to it than that.
