Tel Manufacturing Solution L.

Being located right inside the Tata Motors Campus in Chinchwad makes for an interesting daily routine for us at Tel Manufacturing Solution L. It’s a massive area, and we are just one part of the bigger manufacturing ecosystem here. Our daily life involves a lot of coordination and making sure we are keeping up with the demands of the shop floor. We do a lot of assembly and technical work that helps keep the bigger production lines moving. It's not a glamorous job, and it involves a lot of standing on your feet and checking parts over and over again. We have a decent crew of workers who have been with us through many shifts. In Chinchwad, everyone knows the pace is fast, and we try to keep up without making too many mistakes. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much, but mostly we are focused on the physical side of manufacturing. We don't have a fancy website or a bunch of slogans. We just show up to the campus, get our instructions, and get to work. The environment is very industrial, with the sound of trucks and heavy machinery always in the background. It’s the kind of place where you learn something new every day just by looking at how things are put together. We are proud of the fact that we handle the practical side of things without much fuss. It's just what we do here at our corner of the campus.
