We are Teerthas Exports, and you can find us at 36A in Popular Hgt-1. It’s a bit of a quieter spot compared to some of the industrial areas, which we actually like. We’ve been running this business for a few years now. It started out as a very small idea and it grew into something that keeps us all busy from morning till night. We mostly deal with sending things abroad, which involves a lot of checking of boxes and filling out forms. It’s not very exciting work, but it’s important. Our office is pretty small, and we’ve got shelves piled high with samples. Sometimes it feels like we are drowning in bubble wrap and tape. We don’t have a big team, just a handful of us who know the routine. We don’t spend money on big ads or marketing people. Most of our clients found us through word of mouth or old connections. We try to be honest about how long things will take and what they will cost. Mistakes happen sometimes, but we always try to fix them quickly. It’s just a normal job for us. We drink a lot of tea while we wait for the couriers to arrive. It’s a steady pace, and we’re happy to be doing what we’re doing without too much noise or drama around it. When the day ends, we just lock up and head home.
