Technomax Industries

Technomax is located at Plot No.S-108 in the MIDC area of Bhosari. This place is the heart of the industrial zone in Pune, so it's always humming with the sound of machinery and transport. We started out with just a few machines and a small crew, and we’re still working from the same spot. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a solid industrial shed where the work gets done. Most of our day is spent looking at drawings or checking the output from the machines. Precision matters in our line of work, but we talk about it in plain English, not fancy engineering terms. When the power goes out or a machine needs a part, we just fix it and keep going. Bhosari is a long way from the city center, but it’s where all the real manufacturing happens. We have neighbors who do everything from plastic molding to heavy forging. It’s a community of makers, really. We don't spend money on brochures or big signs. If you walk into our shop, you’ll see people in overalls and grease on the floor. It’s honest work, and we take it one day at a time. The office is just a corner of the main floor partitioned off so we can hear ourselves talk over the noise of the lathes. We like it that way because we can see exactly what’s being made at any moment. It’s loud, it’s dirty, and it’s how we live.
