Technogem Engineers Pvt Ltd is based out of Plot No 596, Sr No 78/1, on Nda Road in Shivane. We’ve got our setup here where we handle the engineering stuff that comes our way. It's mostly technical work, so there's usually a lot of noise and parts lying around the shop floor. We spend our days looking at drawings or working on machines to get them right. It isn't a clean office job by any means; it’s more about getting your hands dirty and making sure the metal parts fit like they should. We’ve been at this location for a good while. The Nda Road area is pretty busy with other workshops and businesses like ours, so we fit right in. We don't really go for fancy decorations or expensive furniture. We have the tools we need and enough space to get the projects finished. Sometimes a client comes by with a technical problem they can't solve on their own, and we sit down and try to figure it out with them. It’s a lot of trial and error occasionally, but that's engineering for you. We don't have a big PR department or a marketing team. If we do a good job, people usually hear about it from someone else. The weather can get really hot in the workshop, especially in the summer months, but we keep the fans going and stay on our schedule. Most of us have been working here for many years and know exactly how things should run.
