Techdrive Engineering Pvt. Ltd. operates out of Row House No. 8 at Shivganga Heights. We are located near Manas Sarovar at Dhayri Phata, right off Sinhagad Road. It’s a bit different from a standard office because we are in a row house. It gives the place a much more relaxed, neighborhood feel. We don’t have a big sign or a lobby. It’s basically a group of us working on engineering designs and technical projects in what used to be a living space. We’ve got our workstations set up, and there’s usually a pot of tea going somewhere. It’s quiet enough for us to focus on the drawings and calculations we have to do. Being near Dhayri Phata means we have everything we need close by, but we are just far enough from the main road noise to get some peace. We handle a variety of engineering tasks for different clients. Sometimes people drop by to discuss a plan or pick up some documents. We don't have a formal dress code or anything like that. We are just regular people who happen to be good at engineering. Some days we are stuck behind our screens for ten hours straight, and other days we are out visiting sites. It’s a small, honest operation. We like the way we work here, without all the typical office stress and formal meetings that slow things down.
