Tata Yazaki Auto Comp Ltd

We are based in G2/25 in the Neptune Society. It is located in Kalyaninagar, here in Pune. We are part of Tata Yazaki Auto Comp Ltd. Working out of a society like Neptune is a bit different from a big office park. It feels more like a community. Our space is on the ground floor, which makes it easy to move things in and out. We deal with auto components, so there is always some technical talk going on in the office. It is not a place for suits and ties. We mostly wear casual clothes and just focus on the task at hand. Kalyaninagar is a good area, with plenty of places to grab a quick bite during lunch. Our office is a bit cluttered with wire harnesses and different parts we are looking at. We do not have a polished corporate image or a bunch of slogans on the walls. We just have our workbenches and our desks. Sometimes the neighbors from the society stop by just to say hello. It is a friendly atmosphere. We spend a lot of time on the phone with various suppliers and making sure the schedules are met. It can get a bit stressful when deadlines are tight, but we just push through it. We aren't a big team, so we all know each other well. It is just a practical, everyday sort of business where we try to get things right.
