You can find us at C 501 Tejovalay Appts, right on the Mumbai Pune Highway in the Warje area. Being near the highway means it’s always busy outside with cars and trucks zooming by, but our office stays pretty focused. We deal with the telecom side of things, helping with connections and the technical bits that keep phones and internet working. It isn't a storefront where you come to buy a handset. It's more of a back-end office where the real work happens. We have a lot of cables and monitors around. The team here is small, just a few of us making sure everything stays online. Sometimes things break or the signal gets wonky, and that’s when we get the busiest. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just fix things and keep the data flowing. The apartment complex is nice, and it's a good spot because we can get to different parts of Pune quickly. We drink a lot of coffee to stay sharp. It is a lot of troubleshooting and looking at spreadsheets most days. It’s a steady job and we like the people we work with. No one wears a tie here. We just want to make sure the service stays up for everyone using the network. It’s a simple goal and it keeps us occupied from morning until evening.
