Working out of Plot no 25 in the Pune Infotech Park at Hinjewadi is quite a journey every day. The M.I.D.C area in Taluka-Mulshi is always packed with people heading to their offices. At Tata Technologies, we are just a part of that big crowd. The building is modern, but inside it’s just us sitting at our desks and looking at screens most of the time. The commute can be pretty draining with the Pune traffic, so we usually talk about that over coffee in the breakroom. We have people from all over the country working here, which makes the lunchroom conversations interesting. It’s a big place, but we try to keep our own little teams feeling a bit more personal. We don't really go for the corporate talk when we’re just chatting among ourselves. We’re focused on the technical side of things and trying to solve whatever problems land on our desks that morning. Sometimes we stay late when a project is moving fast, and other times we’re just waiting for the clock to hit five so we can beat the worst of the traffic. It’s a regular office life with all the usual ups and downs. We’ve got our routines and our favorite places nearby to grab a quick snack. It’s just a bunch of people doing their best in a busy tech hub, trying to stay productive throughout the week.
