Tamboli Tours & Travels

Our office is at 183 Camp, right in the middle of everything. Tamboli Tours & Travels has been running from this spot for a while. It’s a small space with plenty of maps and old schedules pinned up on the walls. Mostly we spend our time on the phone or sitting at the computer checking routes. The Camp area is always moving, so there is always noise outside our door. We handle a lot of local trips and sometimes people want to go further away. We don't have those fancy automatic booking systems like the big websites, so we do a lot of things manually to make sure they're right. It gets a bit chaotic during the holiday seasons when everyone wants to leave at once. We usually have a few drivers stopping by to check their schedules or grab some water. The tea guy comes around twice a day and that’s when we take a small break. It’s not a corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. Just some desks, chairs, and a lot of talk about roads and distances. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. If you are near 183 Camp, you can usually see us working through the window. We try to be helpful when someone asks for directions even if they aren't booking a trip. It’s a regular local business. We just keep things moving. There isn't much more to it than that.
