Even though the name says Pune, we are actually situated at 98, Telangi Patca Peth in Solapur. It’s a bit of a distance from the main Pune hub, but this is where we operate from. The building is right in the heart of Telangi Patca Peth. It’s an old-school area with a lot of character. We don’t have a shiny modern office. It’s just a regular building where the Talera Group of Hotels keeps its local presence. The streets around here are narrow and can get quite crowded with bikes and people. We know most of the shopkeepers on this block. Inside, it’s mostly just us working through the daily lists and managing the hotel business from afar. It’s a very practical environment. We don’t spend money on expensive carpets or art. We have our old desks and a couple of fans that hum all day. Solapur has its own rhythm, and we’ve fit right into it. Sometimes people stop by asking for the Pune office, and we have to explain the setup. It’s a simple life here. We focus on the tasks at hand without any fluff. The address 98 is easy to spot once you’re on the right street. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a long time. It’s just where we do our thing, day in and day out.
