Perfect Engineering Works

Perfect Engineering Works is located at Gat No. 89/90 in Jyotiba Nagar, which is part of the Talawade area in Pune. It's a busy industrial neighborhood with lots of small shops like ours. We’ve been operating here for several years. The space we have is basically a large shed where we keep our machines and tools. We do various types of engineering jobs, mostly involving precision parts for bigger companies nearby. The name of the business sounds a bit formal, but we are a pretty casual group of people. We wear our work clothes and don't worry too much about appearances. The important thing is that the machines are running correctly. Sometimes the rain makes a lot of noise on our roof, making it hard to hear each other talk. We have a lot of measuring tools and gauges laying around because we have to be careful with the dimensions. It’s not a high-tech lab, just a hardworking machine shop. We get our supplies from local vendors and try to keep things simple. Lunchtime usually involves everyone sitting together and sharing food brought from home. We don't do any big advertising; the work usually speaks for itself among the local factories. We’ve seen Pune change a lot, but this corner of Talawade stays pretty much the same with its steady industrial hum. We just keep our heads down and finish the orders.
