You can find us over at the Merukar Industrial Estate on Talawade Road in Pune. We are specifically at Gat No. 77 in Jyotiba Nagar. The area is full of workshops and small factories, so there is always the sound of metal being cut or machines running in the background. Our place is no different. We spend the day working with different types of engineering tasks, mostly involving heavy machinery and metal parts. The floor is usually a bit greasy, and everyone wears work clothes that have seen better days. It's an industrial environment, so it gets quite hot in the afternoons, especially during the Pune summers. We have our lathes and milling machines set up, and there’s always a project on the table that needs someone’s full attention. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find plush chairs or air-conditioned offices. We’re more about getting our hands dirty and making sure the parts we make are what the customer asked for. Sometimes we stay late when a job is urgent, or we spend time just maintaining the equipment so it doesn't break down unexpectedly. Most of the guys here have been doing this for years, so they know the machines by the sound they make. It’s steady work, and we like being part of the local manufacturing community here in Talawade. We just take the drawings, set the tools, and start the work.
