Taj Blue Diamond Hotel

The office for this branch is located at Shara Manzil, Survey Number 6, right near the Inamdar Urdu School in Wadgaonsheri. It is a lively neighborhood with lots of kids running around and local vendors selling fruit on the corners. We aren't at the main hotel building itself for some of our operations; we handle things from this spot in Pune 411014. It is a bit of a mix here. We have some people doing administrative work and others coordinating staff movements. The building is easy to find once you know the school landmark. It’s a plain building, nothing like the luxury rooms we manage elsewhere. Inside, the walls are painted a standard off-white and there are stacks of registers and schedules everywhere. It smells a bit like old paper and the incense the shopkeeper downstairs lights every morning. We get a lot of noise from the street, but you stop noticing it after an hour or two. The work is mostly about making sure everything behind the scenes at the hotel runs like it should. We check lists, manage some of the local staff hiring, and handle the paperwork. It’s a busy little office. We don't have much time for sitting around. When the lunch bell at the school rings, we know it's time for our own break. It’s just a regular part of the day-to-day grind for us here in Wadgaonsheri.
