T Js Brew Works

T Js Brew Works is located in the Hadapsar area specifically at Mahadevnagar 2. We have a space here where we make our own drinks and serve food to the local crowd. The building is a bit tucked away but people who live in Hadapsar know where to find us. Inside we have some heavy wooden tables and the walls are mostly brick. It doesn't look like a corporate office or a fancy hotel. We wanted it to feel more like a workshop where things are actually made. You can often smell the grain and the yeast from the back where the equipment is kept. We have a small staff of people who help with the serving and the cleaning. It gets quite busy on the weekends when people are off work and want to relax for a bit. We use simple glassware and we don't have any uniforms for the staff. The lighting is low and we have some music playing in the background but it is not too loud. We spend a lot of time cleaning the tanks and making sure everything is running right. It is a lot of physical work and we often stay late to finish up the chores. We are just a local business in Mahadevnagar trying to do something we enjoy. We don't do any big promotions we just let the word spread among the neighbors.
