Our place is located in Shivaji Nagar over in Nanded. It’s a regular part of town in Maharashtra where people go about their business. We operate out of the space care of Sandhya Kharwadkar. It is not a massive office complex or anything like that. It is more like a simple workspace where we manage the operations for T Excel Cellworks Pvt Ltd. Nanded is a decent place to be based, and things move along at their own speed here. We have our desks set up and we just get on with it every morning. There isn't much to say about us that would sound like a big speech. We are just a small team trying to keep things organized. Sometimes the street gets a bit noisy with people passing through Shivaji Nagar, but we don't mind it much. It feels like being part of the community. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls. Mostly we just have notes and papers and the tools we need to do our jobs. We've been in this spot for a bit and it works for us. It is practical and close to where some of us live. You won't find any high-tech lounges or anything like that here. Just a plain office where the work happens day after day. We try to keep things simple and avoid any unnecessary drama. That is how we like to run things at our end.
