Halcrow Group Ltd

Our Pune branch for Halcrow Group Ltd is located at 11, Gayatri Heights, which is right on Karve Road in the Mayur Colony area of Kothrud. If you know Pune, you know Karve Road is almost always packed with vehicles, so there is a constant sound of traffic in the background. We are up on the 65/66 plot. The office is in a good spot because we can walk out and find almost anything we need, from stationery to a quick snack. It’s a bit of a climb if the elevator is busy, but we don't mind. We have a lot of maps and plans rolled up in the corners of the room because that’s the nature of our work. The space isn't huge, but we've organized it so everyone has their own corner. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and talking over the noise of the street outside. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, so the fans are always on full blast. Most of the staff here have been with the company for several years, so we’re a tight-knit group. We don't really do the whole corporate culture thing with team building and all that. We just work, have our tea breaks, and talk about the local news. It’s a comfortable, hardworking atmosphere where nobody is trying to be something they aren't.
