We’re over in Pune, located at B3, Yashada Siddhi in Javalkar Nagar. It’s a part of Pimple Gurav. Our office is in a residential-style building, which keeps things a bit quieter than being right on the main highway. MWH has been operating out of this spot for a while. It’s a decent neighborhood with a lot of small shops around, so we usually go out for lunch at one of the local stalls. The space inside is pretty simple. We have our desks, our computers, and a small area for tea. We do a lot of technical work, so most of the time the office is pretty quiet except for the sound of typing. We don’t really do big meetings or fancy presentations here. It’s more about getting the tasks done and making sure we meet our own deadlines. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside in the afternoon, and you can hear them through the windows. It makes the place feel more like a community than just a place of work. We’ve got a small team here in Pune 411 027. We’re all pretty used to each other by now, so we don't need a lot of formal rules. We just show up, do what needs to be done for MWH, and head home in the evening. It’s a steady routine in a good part of town, and we've grown quite fond of the area over the years.
