We are Tce Consulting Engineers Ltd, and you can find us in Pune at Mont Vert 1 on Sus Road. Specifically, we are in unit A6. Being on Sus Road means we deal with a fair amount of traffic, but the Mont Vert complex itself is a bit of a relief once you get inside. We are a group of people who just focus on engineering work. There’s no corporate polish here. Our office looks like a place where people actually work, with papers everywhere and computers running all day. We don’t spend time writing mission statements. We just look at the projects we have and try to figure out the best way to handle the engineering side of things. It’s a practical environment. We have our routines, like getting lunch from the local spots or complaining about the summer heat in Pune. It’s a very human way to work. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We just want to do our jobs and go home to our families. If you know Pashan, you know it’s a good place to be based.
